You must be at least 21 years old to upload or access the Hobbies Website.
You are solely responsible for any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links and other content or materials that you submit to us for possible display on the Hobbies Website (collectively, User Content).
The User Content must be submitted to us using the “Get Started” button on the Hobbies Website at www.IpexHomeRite.com which will direct you to a form to be filled out. We reserve the right to modify the content of your User Content for any reason. We will decide, at our own discretion, if the User Content is displayed in whole or in part on the Hobbies Website. The appearance of your User Content on the Hobbies Website will serve as a notification that your User Content was selected for the Hobbies Website. We will provide your name and/or hyperlink as reference. No monetary compensation will be paid for displaying your User Content on the Hobbies Website.
You are solely responsible for your conduct on the Hobbies Website. You may not use the Hobbies Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations (for example, federal, state, local and provincial) applicable to your use of the Hobbies Website and your User Content, including but not limited to, copyright laws.

You agree that HomeRite is not responsible or liable for your conduct or the conduct of any user in the Hobbies Website.
You understand and agree that HomeRite cannot and will not be responsible for the User Content that may be included by us in the Hobbies Website. HomeRite does not have any obligation to pre-screen, monitor, edit, or remove any User Content. If your User Content violates this Agreement, you may bear legal responsibility.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Hobbies Website or your access to the Hobbies Website for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to us. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you in this Agreement will immediately cease.
Without prior notice, we may, but have no obligation to, remove, edit, block, and/or monitor User Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates this Agreement, or for any other reason. User Content removed from the Hobbies Website may continue to be stored by HomeRite, including, without limitation, in order to comply with certain legal obligations.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the User Content submitted to us by you for possible displaying to the Hobbies Website or otherwise have the right to grant the rights and licenses set forth in this Agreement; (ii) the use of your User Content on or through the Hobbies Website does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights; and (iii) you have the legal right and capacity to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction.
User Content will be non-confidential and we will not be liable for any use or disclosure of User Content. You acknowledge and agree that your relationship with HomeRite is not a confidential, fiduciary, or other type of special relationship, and that your decision to submit any User Content does not place HomeRite in a position that is any different from the position held by members of the general public, including with regard to your User Content.
